My new series on the channel are the "How to spot chess tactics" in which i show you how you can recognize tactical patterns in a chess game very easily , and the "Mathematical calculations and geometries in chess" in which I will show you an effective way how to improve skills in chess. And of course chess is the best!!!!

This is actually my new favorite counter against queens gambit
I know you said it's bad to take the pawn on d4 but why not take the own on c3 first then retreat the bishop and not take d4? at 19:14
Wrong PGN (as of 19-jun-2024)!
Game 98 watched ❤
19.Nxc4? ruins the position. Stockfish itself would play 19.Bh5! g6 and now 20.Nxc4!, with much better drawing chances.

I am curious why SF16.1 resigned with such a huge positional advantage of -6.00??? If I let it play out against itself on my phone starting with 40 ... Nxg5, after move 51, its advantage had improved to -7.20. After move 53, black improved to -9.30. After move 54, black was -199 and after move 55, it was mate in 17. Can anyone provide some insight as to why black resigned after such a great game? Is there a quirk in SF16.1 that we should be aware of?
. Perfect😂
Perfect😢
Bye bye Kosteniuk
Again brilliant stuff by you (and the fish), thanks Jo for these instructive games! Best chess Channel

It would be interesting to know, if 9.Nb5? had been pre-aranged by the organisers, or if this move was played by the engine itself.
As always great stuff from the fish. Thanks Josip.

Joza, your short videos are the best! Always some good points to learn.
Amazing rook and pawn endgame idea to leave space for thr black king to assist with the pawn promotion! Thank you for sharing, jozarov!

For several years, various versions of stockfish have preferred 5. ... c5 over other continuations, mainly 5. ... Ne7 and 5. ... Nd7. It's true that 9 Qe1! leaves White with a slight edge. 9. Nb5?! is dubious. It does badly in the Lichess database and stockfish doesn't like it.
The PGN file doesn't match your video!
Stockfish literally a perfection of both offensive and defensive chess. It never misses a tactic or a positional dominance! Just incredible stuff
Really Great Game from Stockfish basically winning without the Rooks relying on its minor pieces and passed pawns as much action was happening around Stockfish king slow chess 🐌 king was inactive for most part Thanks Jozarov
Knight x c4 on move 19 is a inaccuracy
Slow chess was just trying to gain scope for its Bishop sacking the knight for a pawn ♟️putting the Bishop on f3 to put more pressure on the knight c6
Game 86 watched ❤ Another enjoyable end game ❤
Wow, really nice!
Even after knowing Qc4 is the correct move I found this position really, really hard to win against Stockfish
Rd8xRd1+ Qb1xRd1 Rd8 attacking Qd1 would be a good sequence after the trades of minor pieces
Incredible game both engines attacked each other in a wild way I didn’t see a game like that before thanks brother ❤ Game 85 watched ❤
Deflection and Fork Great 😅
Game 84 watched ❤ Really fascinating end game Thanks brother ❤
Saw f3 immediately., if king takes Nd2, queen takes, Bc7, if Kf6 then bc3 skewer and when queen takes Nd4 forking both pieces. If kd6 nf6. But think ke6 is the refutation.
Same
Hi Jozarov ... I have a puzzle for you in this game. I use phone DroidFish with SF16.1, 4CPU 32-bit 1.4 GHz, default install with 4 threads set (w/ endgame database) to follow along with your videos. In addition to your fabulous chess insights & comments, I find it very useful in understanding how SF works on a phone in comparison with your 8CPU PC. Alas, DroidFish cannot apply different engines to both players like you can on your SW, it's one engine for both players. SF on my phone is quite consistent with your PC, especially if I wait more than 15 seconds on a move. My idea relates to 37 Qh2. In analysis mode, here, instead of 37 Qh2, my phone suggests 37 Rf5 (creating a condition for an exchange of rooks on f5), but also, my phone suggests 37 Qh2 as a follow-up move. What is interesting is that while white Q is sitting on g1, the phone is recommending Rf5 and board evaluation is ~4.50, extremely high for white. Historically for years, under this condition, black has no chance no matter the opposing engine. Unlike the majority of other moves, regardless of how long I wait (even 3 minutes or more) my phone never recommends Qh2 as played on your installation at move 37. That is what is odd. Here what's interesting ... if I move 37 Qh2 by hand (instead of Rf5) as per your PGN, the board eval drops down to around 2.50 at best, a drop of 2 whole points. Thus for SF, I would consider Qh2?? a blunder, even though for us humans it is a good move as the first move here. To experiment I played out the game SF16.1-vs-SF16.1 after 37 Rf5 and was able to actually mate black in 57 moves (your black resigns at move 76). So my puzzle to you would be this ... can you try forcing 37 Rf5 against Uralochka by hand with all else being equal to your video, and let us know how many moves it took black to resign? If very interesting, perhaps you could consider a second commentary video on that line.
The feeling when your explanation is exactly what I was thinking is great 👍
What were the time controls.
I was correct with the move but, I didn't think it in the properly way by concepts, like you. I just thought that Bf4 was the most active move, thinking that the idea of preparing e5 is incorrect
I having been plying the Smith Morra again this year, it has given me good results, fine play by the fish but it’s annoying to see my opening beaten so easily. I know it is unsound though. Thanks Josip.
I wouldnt call it easily. Very hard to crack the white i would say.
@@EiQ200 I am not giving up playing it yet. I will still get good results with it.
Fabulous play by Stockfish.
Thank you for these great commented analyses and showing us the various alternate lines of play Jozarov, you are inspiring and entertaining.
Engine is very creative chess
Game 83 watched ❤
15. Be3?! is lame, better was 15. h5 = pressure in a position that only Stockfish 16.1 would feel comfortable playing as Black.
My Stockfish gives you right👍
Dude, I appreciate your channel. Good presentation, clear analysis. Thank you.
As GM Short once said, Smith-Morra gambit is unsound.
